Do You Work From Home?

If you work out of your home, whether it's technology, sales, customer support or a nice web based business, Arcadia Valley offers you the quality of life you might be seeking.

Arcadia Valley is on Amtrak's Texas Eagle line.  Arcadia Valley Station was recently remodeled and equipped with a full platform that now serves train travelers from Chicago to San Antonio, with stops in St. Louis.

There are very few, if any, small tourism based communities that have their own train station with scheduled Amtrak stops.  This feature alone makes Arcadia Valley a "stand-out" when it comes to investment opportunities.

One of the most quaint train stations on the entire line, we have the potential for a tremendous influx of passengers that appreciate the nostalgia of traveling by train.

High Speed Internet

Portions of the valley already have access to 100MB service, but we're not satisfied with that.  As part of our strategic plan, we are pursuing expansion of our existing fiber optic network to provide residents and businesses better access to high speed internet.

Expanded Wireless Coverage

Two major carriers are expanding their 5G wireless coverage in the area.  We're being told additional cell towers are in the works.

Mountain Biking is coming to Arcadia Valley!  Shepherd Mountain, in the city of Ironton, will host a new Mountain Bike Park, A Grand Opening is planned for the Spring of 2021.

This park is expected to be one of the premier courses in the Midwest, possibly the country.  This park will create business opportunities that we can't even imagine at the moment.
