Do You Work From Home?

If you work out of your home, whether it's technology, sales, customer support or a nice web based business, Arcadia Valley offers you the quality of life you might be seeking.

Arcadia Valley is on Amtrak's Texas Eagle line.  Arcadia Valley Station was recently remodeled and equipped with a full platform that now serves train travelers from Chicago to San Antonio, with stops in St. Louis.

There are very few, if any, small tourism based communities that have their own train station with scheduled Amtrak stops.  This feature alone makes Arcadia Valley a "stand-out" when it comes to investment opportunities.

One of the most quaint train stations on the entire line, we have the potential for a tremendous influx of passengers that appreciate the nostalgia of traveling by train.

High Speed Internet

Portions of the valley already have access to gigabyte service, but we're not satisfied with that.  As part of our strategic plan, we are pursuing expansion of our existing fiber optic network to provide residents and businesses better access to high speed internet.

Expanded Wireless Coverage

We now have 5G coverage from AT&T and Verizon.  More towers are being added.

The opening of Shepherd Mountain Bike Park in April 2021 signalled the beginning of a new economic era in the valley.  In year one we hosted the largest national Enduro race in North America, Big Mountain Enduro.

We're just getting started and millions of dollars have already been invested in anticipation of the park's success.

A perfect investment opportunity for the right visionary!
